On June 28, 2023, Dr. Stefan S. Jäger delivered his habilitation lecture at the Protestant University Wuppertal on the topic of „The Significance of Linguistically Oriented Cultural Anthropology for Intercultural Theology.“ The title of his habilitation thesis in the field of „Religious Studies and Intercultural Theology“ (RIT) is „Buddhism in Discourse – Studies on Resonance and Dialogicity in Christian-Buddhist Encounters“ and will soon be published as a book. After a successful habilitation, congratulations are extended by Prof. Dr. Markus Mühling as the rector and Prof. Dr. Henning Wrogemann as the supervisor.
